It seems to be EzCAP116 and it supports PAL60.
Think twice from where You buy Your Easycap/EzCAP - there is many copymakers in China for EasyCaps and the cheapest one is always more likely also fake one. Fake product can look like an original, but quality is in most case very bad and it can be go broken easily. Besides that the components inside the main unit can be totally different and the quality of the video and audio is much worse than in genuine device. The original EasyCap/EzCAP factory, ForwardVideo Ltd, from Shenzhen doesn't produce these devices anymore with brand EasyCap because of copymakers and so most of the EasyCaps at this moment are fakes - they produce now them only with EzCAP brand and recommend people to buy now only EzCAP116 or later if they want to be sure that it is not fake. With EzCAP116 is now more difficult to copy, because it have snapshot button and integrated USB cable. There is on the market a older model EzCAP108 that is exactly the same unit than in EasyCap DC60+ v3.1B and so it is very easy for copymakers to change only that brand name. Avoid also sellers how still are selling these devices with name EasyCap even if there is a photo of device where You can read EzCAP.
