Hi,

I need some help here using the Easycap 108 (http://www.szforwardvideo.com/product/Pro_7_6.html) device with a CCD camera. I wonder if it is possible to use these two devices together to capture video for my experiments?

The CCD camera has a BNC jack for video connections and I have connected the BNC video output of my CCD camera to the CVBS on the EasyCap device  via a BNC/CVBS interface convector. Unfortunately, I do not see video after my connections are all set up.

I am using a Windows XP laptop, with SP3 installed. If it helps, this is the specifications of my CCD.

Not sure if I have left out any information that is required. I am totally new in using such devices and am wondering if anyone could help me with this?

Many thanks!

First - genuine name of Your device is EzCAP108, so it is not EasyCap. Earlier version was named EasyCap DC60+ v3.1B and genuine Easycap factory doesn't produce anymore these devices with brand EasyCap, because of copymakers. There is a few dealers in UK that are selling still with name EasyCap DC60+ even if it is EzCAP108 and that name EzCAP is printed on the main unit.

Second - I have used CCD cameras with EzCAP002 dvr card and it worked well when I only bought Bnc/RCA adapter like this one:

I haven't tried that CCD camera with EzCAP108, but I bet it works straight. I have tried Dvr camera with EasyCap DC60+ and it works very well with Ulead Video Studio.

Kind regards,
