Problem With Drivers
«

Hi,
Yesterday I installed my EasyCap for the first time and I was able to see a picture from the video I was playing albeit with green lines across the screen. Today I can't get a picture at all. When I looked in device manager the driver had a black exclamation mark in a yellow circle next to it. I've tried reinstalling the driver many times today, but it always either fails completely, or installs with the same exclamation mark in a yellow circle next to the driver. Please can someone tell me how I can get the drivers installed properly? I'm using Windows XP Pro.
Thank you,
Joe

Any suggestions really would be greatly appreciated. I'm keen to get my EasyCap working as soon as possible.

Be sure you have USB 2.0 port. You may have a driver conflict also. What other USB devices are you running? If you can temporarily disable them one at a time you may find the problem. You could also try downloading new drivers for your model from szforwardvideo.

Then you may need to get a USB 2.0 card. It doesn't work with 1.0 allegedly.
