Just bought this Easy Cap Video USB Adapter. I've set it up on my PC running XP Pro and successfully installed the drivers/software.
I have a multi zone VHS player (PAL/NTSC) attatched via composite in on the USB adapter and I'm only getting a black and white picture.
I set it up on my Laptop that's running Vista and same thing.
I've gone video out on the VHS player to Video In on my LCD TV and it's in colour. I've gone from video out on the TV and back to easy Cap and it's in Black White while the same picture is still running on the TV in colour.
I've just hooked the xbox 360 up and same thing, black and white picture...
Any suggestions? Please Help! I waited three weeks for this thing to come from overseas and now that it's here I'm back in the dark ages...
[EDIT] ok, I uninstalled it on the machine running XP and reinstalled it and had it working in colour. But, as soon as I change any settings within Ulead, it goes straight back to black and white and I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want it in colour. Even simply hitting record, and then stop switches it to black and white. Is there a driver update for this, something I can do to fix the problem or am I stuck with something that 'kinda works'?
