basically my video quality is fine and i can preview sound which is also fine. the problem is the sound isnt capturing.
in 'Capture Options' under the options menu there should be a box which says capture audio.my box isnt clicked in and is greyed so that i cant press it.im guessing this is the problem but have no idea how to ungrey it, ive been trying the past couple of days and still nothing...on youtube easycapexpert has even been trying to help me but so far to no resolve
does anyone have any idea to what the problem is and how i can solve it? has anyone else had the same problem??
