Unfortunately, yes, after testing and testing and even more testing, I have come to the conclusion that most (if not almost all) USB capture devices do NOT have NTSC 4.33 setting which is needed. EZ Fan has alot of info about this as well, and you can read about my trials and efforts in thread

I am currently buying an Easycap 108 DC60+, which is touted to have the NTSC 4.33 setting in it... I certainly hope so.
