I was going through this problem yesterday, actually.

You'll need to download drivers from here actually, then install the drivers from Device Manager. Make sure WinRAR's installed so you can extract the folder.

If your experience is like mine, you'll get a "Calling Syntek Mini-Driver function "Get" error", and a similar one will appear if you attempt to change the settings in the Image tab. However, it is possible to change the option from NTSC to PAL by going from "NTSC_M" in the drop-down box under Video Decoder to "PAL_B". This depends on your region though.

Best of luck and happy capturing!

Could you pretty please upload this driver somewhere besides Rapidshare?  It allows only 10 downloads, so I'm out of luck.  Thanks.

Here you go, also in a zip archive instead of .rar for accessibility.

Thanks to this I was able to get my own Easycap working in 64-bit Windows 7, but I've run into a snag and maybe someone could help me out with it.

I can't seem to get it to show up in Skype, even after changing the region to NTSC_M, it just shows it being black. I also am getting the "Calling Syntek Mini-Driver function "Get" error" problem too. Any ideas?

FYI I was looking for a driver solution for Vista 64 computer and even though this driver is not 100% stable it does make the EasyCAP 60 recognizable and mostly operational within the Vista 64 Environment Which I consider far better than having to shell out more money for upgraded hardware on a limited budget. I will eventually go for the hardware upgrade when I can afford it, but at least this works for now, so thank you for this solution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've tried many different drivers on Windows 7 x64 and I don't think the DC60 will work with PAL properly at all. I can force it to be PAL B even though it says its detected 525 lines (under XP 32 it detects 625 lines correctly). You can't change the framerate from 30. If you use VirtualDub 64 or any other capture app you can type in 25 but it reverts back to 30. Unless somebody has a driver that I don't? Ive tried about 3 that claim to work with Windows 7 x64 and none do. This is useless for capturing PAL material under x64. It correctly detects 625 lines and 25 fps under XP 32.

Sorry, It will not work on Windows 7

The easycap002 is a counterfeit of the original: EzCAP3104

It is only supported up to Vista.
