Question: can anyone tell me how to connect my easycap device !! my installation disc has a crack in it.. when i plug the device in, it seems to be connecting but then comes up with failed???
is my device faulty - 0 (0%)
do i need the disc or can i just download it - 1 (100%)

will downloading the installation disc intall the device....
im not a wizz with computers so an easy step through guide will be appreciated

I have been to many sites and just cant get any help??  Cry so i am getting very frustrated now.. oh and i have windows vista
