Hi Tthere I need help!
 I purchased an EasyCAP for £10 on ebay as I have loads of VHS and video 8 (tapes I never transferred to VHS) that I want to transfer to my PC and maybe knock up a few DVD's. Trouble is, I run the installation CD then plug in the EasyCAP and it tries to find the software then says it cannot recognise the hardware, I have tried it on a laptop with Vista and one with XP with the same results. Is the EasyCAP a dud? or maybe a snide, I have looked at the thread concerning EasyCAP copies min has silver connections and white writing it says it's the model DC60.

Any help most welcome.
