Good news,
If some users have lose CD or damage CD Disk of Easycap USB DVR Video Capture Card, you can please reference to here:

But remeber to use the correct model in correct system and confirm yours are actually their products. Otherwise it maybe not work perfectly.

The website isn't allowing me to download. It worked on my laptop a few months ago, but I just tried downloading it for my desktop computer & it just scrolls the page up with no download.
