I have set up the Easycap as directed to capture a video but only get black & white pictures and no sound. Can any one help please? Getting slightly frustrated!!!

Hi, this is a bit late but you need to go into the options menu and set your preferences to PAL, the default is NTSC.  Also I get no sound on the prview screen but the final copy on file has sound.
