This site  www.usbeasycap.info  already update all Easycap Ezcap Drivers, if you lost CD in package box, you can try these.
Remeber you must use correct model in correct operation system, otherwise it won't work perfectly!

Hate to say, it but the support from this place is terrible and I agree with those who now dub Easycap "Torturecap", that is my experience. I have never received a composite signal and the sound is broken up and crackly.  I have tried it on Windows 7, which DC60+ is supposed to work on, and two windows xp computers.  The same result.  It has never worked for me, and I hope my experience helps others to avoid the same pain but not purchasing this rubbish.

OK, i'm new here but i've bought the fake, had hours of grief and pulled my hair out. But i did eventually did get sorted. I'm happy to try and help.

As far as i can see this is just a forum and nothing to do with the manufacturer. (correct me if i'm wrong admin)

What does the name say that is stamped on the product? Is it easycap? or ezcap?

I just looked at your last post. You bought an "easycap". it is a fake. Save yourself any more hassle and bin the thing.

The newest model is ezcap116. As far as I know this has not been copied yet. I don't know where you live, but Google "ezcap116" and you will get a vendor that is selling the real product. It should come in a yellow and black box, with arcsoft showbiz and video blaze software. The vendor should also offer a 12 month warranty.

I have this model and I have tested in xp, vista and windows 7. The only problem i did have was with the USB sound on Vista but a quick fix is available.

I have been bought an Easycap (Fake by the sound of it?) for my birthday. The disc had no drivers on it as far as I could trace. After a lot of reading and searching I found some drivers and installed them. I thought I'd try to transfer VHS to DVD before binning it and (surprise surprise!) it's perfect - a 3 hr tape captured without a glitch. Next prob is burning DVD (s) but at least I have a usable file. I'm using XP 32bit and would be happy to share my settings if it would help anyone.

Would love to know your settings stjon.  Can get mine working but 6 to 9 minutes in to the capture process it says unexpected error and stops recording.

H Katie - I'm no expert, but it sounds like you have a driver sorted because you are at least able to capture for a limited time. Are you using Ulead Videostudio? It would help if you are because we could compare settings.
