help with installing

had problems with easycap first time all i got was a slight pic so uninstalled and reinstalled mny times lost serial no sogot new one now i cannot open prog it comes up with cannot initalize application not enough colrs in the unit to play the video this is before i have even put any thing in it will not open prog please help emailme on graybarry@rocketmail.com asap thanks

what system you running on and your usb are 2.0 my old laptop didnt have it so it never worked, this laptop does and is running on XP doing fine..

fisrt make sure your system can handle it.

i installed mine the first time and it didnt ask for the serial number, it worked ok apart from i had only black and white i tried uninstalling it then installing it again then it asked for the serial number and i cant find it anywhere on the packaging, can anyone help??
