Best software for capture (Win7 - 32 Bits + EasyCap DC60) ? TODAY USING = Debut

I'm using Win7 - 32 Bits Stable Driver for EasyCap DC60 (2.1). Now using Debut Software FREE :

Someone have a better EASY software to capture ? for me (Win 7 - 32 bits Professional) Debut works great. REALLY stable(can run for days with no problem) and easy at the same time.

I actually use Easycap to capture my games and my lab experiments (Pharmaceutical Company/R&D)

I'm not even sure if Windows 7 comes with Windows movie maker, but have you tried it?

The XP version of it is hands down the easiest to use.

Ulead 10 works well with Vista, but again I'm not sure if this works with Windows 7.

Other than that, Debut works great, and has a nice clean interface...
