Grey image

Hello,

I get the usual "no input signal or signal is unclear".
The image that appears is grey with darker horizontal lines. It doesn’t move and there is no sound.
My Easycap model is: DC60
I'm using the euroconnector with in/out switch.
The OS is Vista Basic SP 2

I've also tried it on Cyberlink with the same result.

Any ideas please.

I managed to get it working.

Here is what I did:

Using ulead video studio editor.

Click on ‘capture’ (at top)
Click on ‘format’.
Choose ‘DVD’ (in my case)
Click on ‘options’.
Choose ‘video and audio capture settings’.
On ‘input source’ choose ‘video composite’.

If the tape is playing the image should appear.
