It is definitely syntekSTK1150. Delete the other one.

I've not got windows 7 but i think this bit is the same. (I have vista)
Do not plug the easycap in yet. Go to device manager.

You should not see syntekSTK1150 there. Now plug the easycap in. Does the window refresh and now you see syntekSTK1150?

OK, the DC60 is not meant to run on windows 7. Some can get it to work fine though. Your driver is installed but I don't think it likes it.

This is a do or die. Hopefully it will work.
I am sending you to a post i have just made on another thread. Download the modified driver and follow the video. It shows you step by step.

I don't know what elase to try swanmark.
Are you sure all other drivers that use USB have been disabled? (your tv dongle, printer, camera etc.)

If you are, unless anyone else has a suggestion, I would call it a day and return for a refund.

If you wish, you can purchase an EzCAP116 from myself and try it. It has never had an issue like this and it comes with real drivers for windows7. If you try it and it does not work, (it then has to be a driver conflict) you have my word you can return it and I will give you a full refund.

They should just be plug in and go. Not all this.

Below is my ebay feedback for the EzCAP116
