I just want to view a composite video signal in a window on my computer. I'm now using an old logitech webcam that has a composite input. But it will only show about a 300x300 version of the video - which is a 2x2 of 4 cameras so it's hard to see anything. I'm looking for a better (say 640x480) solution.
I found this device listed at amazon for under $10 US.
USB2.0 DV/TV/VHS/DVD Camcorders Video Audio Capture AV Adapter card Win 2000, XP, vista compatible H35
by Generic
(I'm in the us so my signal is ntsc).
The picture shows a cd with
easycap software included. And I am still using win2000 (but can dual boot to xp pro).
Will this do it for me?
