First off, please tell me are you wanting to record Modern Warfare 2 and other Pal_60 games?

Yes, I would record on MW2, and is in PAL 60
But I see in the video that you can select PAL or NTSC 60 433, is a driver issue or my easy cap?.

I'm afraid it's your easycap. It will never be able to do it. It does not have the right chipset installed.

Send back for a refund and my advice is to buy an EzCAP116. You will not have any issues with it and works fine with xp/vista/windows 7 Just plug it in and away you go.
