the title says it all: Can i play in full hd and listen to the sounds when capturing? im going to capture some mw2 and bc2 vids for youtube from a ps3

No, this is not possible. You capture in composite, so you need to use composite cables to your tv.

If you want to play and capture in HD, you need to get yourself an "HD PVR" but it will set you back a minimum of £170
