hi just joined board after finding it
i bought an easy cap dc 60 came with cd for windows 7 but my notebook doesnt have cd drive so i looked up youtube downloaded win 7 32 bit drivers like they said to do went to update them and it wont let me it says drivers not found and when i look in my device manager it recognises my easy cap as

SM-USB-007

what do i do ? i mean ive been waiting to get this cap card for ages and it doesnt work can someone please help me out

What you have bought is not designed for windows 7.

There is a fix. Some are lucky and it works, some are not. Follow the thread below.

DC60 don't support Win7 from its hardware construction, so no software can reslove. DC60+ and DC60++ can do with Win7 both 32bit and 64bit.
