Nothing driver works

Hello everyone.
Yesterday i bought this video recorder. I installed all the drivers and the software(Unlead VideoStudio) but Windows 7 detect the Easycap as an "Unknown Device" and it doesn't work. What should i do?

Sounds like you have purchased a DC60. Is this correct?
If so, as it is new, send it back for a refund. They are not designed to work with Windows 7.

Get an EzCAP. You will not have any issues.

Ok thanks bigweeal, i try with vista on my brother's PC and it work. Just, when I try to record, the pc doesn't found the input source and VideoStudio show me only some black and white lines.
I use a scart, maybe i need an output one? I think mine is input.
I also try connect the Easycap directly to the Wii or Xbox but is the same. Black and White lines.

ok, let me get this right.

When you are using on vista. You get a picture. But when you click the record button. it goes to black and white lines. Is this correct?

Have you tried playing back the recording?
