Hi Guys,

I've just joined your excellent forum and am very new to theEasyCap world. I am tring to transfer a wedding video from VHS to my Laptop - I was using AVS software withe good video results but sound quality was poor - I have now installed Ulead VideoStudio 11 but cannot seen to get it to work with my EasyCap. If anyone has any experience with using EasyCap and Ulead VideoStudio 11 any help would be much appreciated.

Are you on Windows 7? if so ulead 11 is not compatible.

If you are not on windows 7, talk us through what is happening.
