Hi, I bought an EZCap Snapshot after I accidently bought a fake EasyCap (which also didn't work). I made sure I followed the insructions exactly, I have WIndows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit (if this helps). Anyway so when I go on Arcsoft Showbiz 2, I select all my preferences, I can even hear the audio from my PS3 coming out of my PC Speakers, but when I go to record it hasn't recorded the audio. I have got it set to record audio.

Help. I'm quite angry!

Are you sure you have a tick in the box that states "audio device" down at the bottom?

If you don't it will give you sound when playing, it just won't record it.

Make sure you tick the box, and select the sound device (your capture card). If that fails.. try going into "Device Manager" and check the device is working properly. First time I installed mine the sound wasn't working properly. From there you can put the disk back in, and the computer will update the driver, and hopefully correct it.

Good luck
