Pathetic [DC60+ Xbox Pal problems]

My first question of the topic is:
Why do you release absolute trash like the DC60+ to the public.
Why cant it be simple?
WHY DO I HAVE TO WASTE HOURS OF MY TIME TRYING TO MAKE THIS BOTTOM FEEDING SCUM TECHNOLOGY WORK?
I didn't pay $30 for this...
Here is my problem.

I have this stupid shitty program called "Ulead videostudio". As it says on the box, this is meant to be compatible with PAL-60, Namely NTSC 433
When i try'ed capturing on am cap, using NTSC 433, it captured in colour, even though it had terrible choppy framerates and disgusting audio.
When i try using the "PAL" option on Ulead, ITS STILL IN FREAKING BLACK AND WHITE.
WHAT IS GOING ON.
Sorry about the angryness but im at the end of my rope with this piece of hog sh*t.

Its enough to deal with the choppy framerates, BUT DO YOU STILL HAVE TO TORTURE ME WITH THIS BLACK AND WHITE BULLSHIT. THERE IS NO NTSC 433 OPTION. WHEN I TRY SECAM IT PREVIEWS IN COLOUR, BUT AS SOON AS IT EXITS THE SCREEN IT GOES BACK TO THAT NTSC FOR NO REASON
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
Also if anyone has any capturing programs please share.

I had to delete your bad language. We do not tolerate it on this forum.

We do not make them. This is a forum for people like yourself, who has problems. First we have to establish a couple of things.

1. It it an "easycap" or an "EzCAP" ? What does it say on the unit?

2. When you open ulead, and go to the capture screen, what does it say in the source box? (eg syntek1160, 2861 device)

3. What version of Windows are you using?

Sorry for the bad language, but as i said, im extremely angry with these stupid capture cards. Ive tried over three and wasted over a day of my time trying to get them to work.

Here goes ....
You have bought a fake. That is why you have problems. All "easycaps" are counterfeits. They are cheap imitations of "EzCAP"

They are made from cheap parts, come with outdated software, some only work in mono and some don't even have a sound chip in them. There are now counterfeits of the original counterfeits, so it is a real lottery on what it is you are actually purchasing. There are over 40 different manufacturers in China pumping them out by the 1000's and they all look the same and come with the same packaging.

Yours came with Ulead. Unfortunaltely Ulead does not work on Windows 7. It is not supported.


You're right. It is "bottom feeding technoloy" That's because you paid pennies for it. What do you expect?
How much is your time worth? $10 an hour? How many hours have you spent on your easycaps?

You do get what you pay for. If you just want to take the thing out of the box, plug it in and use, pay the bit extra and get an original EzCAP. They come with better software and work great on Windows 7. You will not have any issues.

Search ebay.com For "EzCAP". I would recommend the EzCAP116. It is the latest model.

I had Debut on my computer from a previous attempt, but i couldn't find the settings bar, so i ditched it. I just found the settings bar .
It works fine now. Bloody Amcap and Ulead.
I  recently brought the $8 easycap, and someone told me that was fake, so i went on ebay, and considering this one was $30 i thought it couldn't be fake. i guess i was wrong :/

Any ideas on how to improve the quality and get the audio back in sync? it was in sync untill i uploaded to youtube
