Hi
I have a Easycap002 (with latest drivers downloaded) with windows XP (service pack 3) and Multiviewer ver2.
It works together but Multiviewer is very basic.

I tried to get it working with Amcap and Argus surveillance and DVR systems and Debut, but could not get it working in any of these nice programs.
Did anybody else get it to work with these programs and if yes please supply me with the settings?

What other programs are you using Easycap002 with and what settings are you using?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks Chris

This (black screen / bad video on AMCap) sounds like one of the issues I covered in my EasyCap driver installation document herehere.  Go to the second paragraph in the "COME BACK HERE FOR THE NEXT USB PORT:" section.

I am using the 1 input version though, not the 4 input EasyCap002.

Once you get the default settings set correctly using AMCap, your other software will probably work correctly.

Chris - can you tell me where you got the drivers from? Since I 'upgraded' from SP2 to SP3 my easycap won't work, and I suspect it;s a driver issue. Cheers.

stjon, this is a long shot but worth a try.
Right click on the ulead shortcut on your desktop and select "properties"
select "compatability" and choose the nearest one to SP3

Reboot.
