Sorry, but why are you running CamStudio?  AMCap should be able to run and connect to the EasyCap, at least it works fine on my XP system.

I see some permission problems when setting / getting the capture parameters and that may be because CamStudio has the device opened for exclusive access so AMCap can't do what it needs???

There also may be a need to run this as administrator.
