This is Whats Happening.
I set All Setting Correct For 60hz Color Recording On My Ulead Software (i Am using Windows 7 64bit) And Still Get Black And White.
Then I Do The Same Thing With Friends Computer (vista 32 Bit) And It Records In Color Fine.

Any Hint Why My Computer Wont record In Color??

Oh and I also bought and eazcap116 also having the same problems

Ulead is not compatible with Windows 7. You will just get hassles.

With the EzCAP, open Arcsoft Showbiz and make sure you have NTSC_433 selected.
