I am having a problem.

I am using s-video and audio leads. 

I get a grey screen when trying to capture video.   

I have Windows Vista, with 3Gb Ram and 2.4Ghz processor (Centrino)  Brand new laptop so don't see any problems there.

Any ideas?

Are you using Vista 32 or 64 bit?

What EasyCap do you have? Click here to check.

If you have the 108, is it a DC60 or DC60+?
