and another question,Does Easycap DC60 support Wii games or GC games?Does it show those games properly in computer?

I'm not sure which v of EasyCap I have, but my PAL Wii worked fine when I switched from 60Hz to 50 Hz. This along with PAL /BDGHI as soruce in my capping program.
First of all, find out what kind of region type your Wii has, PAL/NTSC/SECAM and work from that. PAL - 50Hz, NTSC - 60Hz.
And another thing, if you're using an S-Video cable, that could cause a black/white image as well as wrong region type might do.
