You can try installing
the latest driver for the EasyCap 108 DC60+, Follow the instructions to the letter! The important part is to make sure the EasyCap
is plugged in when you run the update, I think it updates something on the chip, try it and see if it helps.

I managed to figure it out, in Vista if you goto the "Recording" settings in "Sound" Devices then select the "USB Audio Device" which is the one on the Easycap, then select "DVD Quality" under the "Advanced" tab and it solved the problem. Might help someone else.
